The Overlooked Testosterone Trigger: Vitamin D3
A few years ago, I was coaching a client — mid-40s, smart guy, running a tech company, working out 4 days a week, eating clean, doing all the right things.
But something was off.
He wasn’t recovering like he used to. His sleep was choppy. His motivation dipped. His strength gains stalled. His bloodwork showed borderline low testosterone.
